Lifeboat memorial, Lytham St Anne's, Lancashire, 1999. The statue of a coxwain in a sou'wester and cork lifebelt surmounts a pinacle of rock. It is a memorial to the crew of the St Anne's lifeboat who lost their lives one night in December 1886 while going to the rescue of a German vessel wrecked off Southport.
