Sydney Allard driving a J2 Allard, September 1950. Allard came third in the 1950 Le Mans 24 hour race driving a J2 Allard with Cadillac V8 engine, a car he built himself. Only 173 of these cars were made. Allard was the founder of the Allard Motor Company.
