What will he grow to?, 1881. The Kings of Steam and Coal stand in awe and trepidation over the crib holding the baby Electricity. The science of electricity was the subject of much debate and discussion during the early 1880s with recent developments being displayed at the International Electrical Exhibition in Paris.
