My Boys!, 1885. The British Lion watches with pride the young troops sent to help Britain by Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Britain had now been forced into conflict with the Mahdi, a former local government officer in Sudan. One of Britain's finest soldiers, General Gordon, had recently died at the hands of the Mahdi, and there was now no turning back from war with Egypt.
