The Wellington Arch, Hyde Park Corner, London, c2000s(?). A floodlit view from the west at night. The triumphal arch was commissioned by King George IV to commemorate Britain's victories in the Napoleonic Wars. It was designed by Decimus Burton and was completed in 1830.
