Maidenhead Bridge, Berkshire, 1885. The north aspect of the bridge seen from the Buckinghamshire bank, with a small party of girls walking along the riverside path. The graceful bridge is built from Portland stone and was constructed in the 1770s, opening for traffic in 1777.
