Re-enactor dressed as the stable master leading a horse up the drive towards Audley End House, Saffron Walden, Essex, 2010. Audley End House stands on the site of Walden Abbey. The present house is a Jacobean mansion built in 1605-1614 for the 1st Earl of Suffolk, though much reduced in size.
