Peach shaped water dropper with Guan type glaze, Yongzheng period, Qing dynasty, China, 1723-1735. A water container in the shape of a half peach with some small leaves, covered with a very thick guan-type glaze, the base showing six tiny spur marks. In Chinese art, peaches are a motif used to represent longevity.
