The broad flat border is cast with five other animals: an ox lying on its back its front feet in the air, a hare with its head with long ears turned towards its rear, a deer, a phoenix and a bear its arms displayed and holding two circular hoops. The animals are separated by scrolling decoration possibly representing clouds.
