Jeremy Taylor, 17th century Anglican clergyman, (1836). Taylor (1613-1667) achieved fame as an author during The Protectorate of Oliver Cromwell. After the restoration of the monarchy he was appointed Bishop of Down and Connor, and administrator of Dromore.
