'Serlby', 1899. George Edward Milnes Monckton-Arundell, 7th Viscount Galway and 1st Baron Monckton, in hunting clothes. George Monckton-Arundell (1844-1931) was Conservative MP for Nottinghamshire North from 1872-1885. Created Baron Monckton in 1887, he served as Aide-de-Camp to Queen Victoria, King Edward VII and finally King George V, from 1897-1920. Cartoon from Vanity Fair, 5th January 1899.
