Joaquin Lorenzo Luaces; this great poet was born in Havana in 1826. Printed his famous book of poems in 1857; including the patriotic composition 'The Fall of the Misolongi (1856) his ode to 'Warsaw' (1863). Three days after winning with the ode 'The job' he died in November 1867. Cigar card from the History of Cuba, Geografico Universal, Propaganda de los Cigarros Susini y La Corona, Tabacalera Cubana.
