The Viscaya. The first class Battleship had 7,000 tons and cost three million pesos. At the time of the explosion of the 'Maine' was sent to New York to give condolences to the American people. When the mission was completed it returned to Havana and then took part in the battle of Santiago, embarking on the sawmill.
