'Snows from A.T.A. Chakrata', c1938. Chakrata is a cantonment town in Dehradun district in the state of Uttarakhand, India. Chakrata is an access restricted military cantonment, it is the permanent garrison of the Special Frontier Force, the only ethnic Tibetan unit of the Indian Army.
