Each passenger could adjust the ventilation near their seat, and each seat was provided with a lap belt and a life jacket to conform to Air Ministry regulations. Above the cabin door is a circular skylight. Introduced in 1934, the aircraft were operated by Imperial Airways and Qantas as well as the RAF and the Royal Australian Air Force.
