Frederick George Jackson (1860-1938) was a British Arctic explorer who led the expedition to Franz Josef Land (1894-1897), when he located the missing explorer Fridtjof Nansen (1861-1930), who was trying to reach Spitsbergen by kayak with his companion Hjalmar Johansen (1867-1913).
