'Bosnia. Colossal as the bridge of Mostar is, the graceful proportions of its age-tinted arch give it an appearance of airy lightness', c1920. Mostar is a culturally and economically important city located in southern Bosnia and Herzegovina. It rises between the Hum Hill and the Vele× Mountain and it is cut by the river Neretva.
