'Jamaica House', 1826, (c1878). Two views - garden front and Cherry Garden Street - of Jamaica House in Bermondsey, south London. 'A Jacobean house...was built at the north end of Cherry Garden Street and named Jamaica House after the newly acquired island.' It was demolished in the latter half of the 19th century.
