Commercial development on Campo Lane, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, 1968. The photograph shows the progress of a commercial development on Campo Lane in Sheffield, home to a great deal of the city's legal profession. An advertising hoarding for Haig whisky can be seen on the right of the development and a few workers can be seen on the roof. Basic guardrails offer protection from falling but the workers wear no hard hats.
