Thunderbird Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, 1956. Vintage postcard showing the swimming pool of the Thunderbird Hotel. Guests lounge on the patio and swim in the pool. The grounds are landscaped leading up to the hotel's back entrance. The Thunderbird resort was the fourth hotel and casino to be built on the Las Vegas Strip. It was open from 1948 until 1992. The Turnberry Place complex occupies the site today.
