City Hall, Caceres, Spain, 2007. The City Hall is a building of Neo-classical style dating from the 19th century (1869) and designed by Ignacio Maria de Michelena. Its main facade rises above a porticoed atrium with five arches. The upper section consists of a continuous balcony, supported on corbels, onto which five doors open, topped by triangular pediments. Further up there is a shield with the city's emblem and small windows to the side. The facade is crowned by a balustrade interrupted in the middle by a pediment housing the city clock.
