Delaware River Bridge connecting Pennsylvania and New Jersey, USA, 1937. Vintage linen postcard showing a view of the bridge which links Philadelphia and Camden. Traffic crosses the bridge while a small boat passes under it. When completed in 1926, the bridge had the longest span of any suspension bridge in the world. The chief engineer during its construction was Ralph Modjeski. It is now known as the Benjamin Franklin Bridge.
