Cars line the streets and the New Telephone Building (left) and Minneapolis City Hall are in the background. Completed in 1932, the Northwestern Bell Telephone Building was the second tallest building in the city at the time. It was renamed the Qwest Building in 2000. Minneapolis City Hall was completed in 1906.
