Moscow City Hall, Russia, 1910s. Moscow's City Hall was built in the 1890s. The architect was Dmitry Chicagov, who won a competition to design the building. After the Russian Revolution of 1917, the Moscow City Duma was disbanded, and the building transferred to the Lenin Museum. Today it houses part of the collection of the State Historical Museum. Found in the collection of the Russian State Film and Photo Archive, Krasnogorsk.
