'Sir Knights Hall, Slot Frederiksborg, finest in the world, Denmark', 1897. The Great Hall at Frederiksborg Castle, Copenhagen, was destroyed by fire in 1859, but was fully restored and reopened in 1880. The oldest parts of the castle (Frederiksborg Slot in Danish) were built in 1560 by King Frederik II, after whom it was named. Stereocard by B. W. Kilburn.
