The Library, Admont Abbey, Austria, c1935. The Baroque library at Admont Abbey is the largest monastic library in the world. Designed by Joseph Hueber and built in 1776, the library is 70 metres long, 14 metres wide and 13 metres high. The cupolas are decorated with frescoes by Bartolomeo Altomonte.
