It consists of a tripled base, the angles of which are formed of dolphins, and the proas of vessels, with buoys, anchors, and other nautical emblems, surmounted by three Livers...' On one facade, chased in bas-relief, is '..."Queen Elizabeth visiting Sir Walter Raleigh, at Deptford, after his voyage to America"...Standing on the base is a large Wine Vase, the handles, with their pendants and the other ornaments, being in the Elizabethan style.
