Arch at Coupar Angus, 1844. View of a 'festal arch' in the town of Coupar Angus in Scotland, erected in honour of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert who were staying at nearby Blair Castle. 'Dieu et mon Droit' [God and my right], is the motto of the monarch of the United Kingdom. 'Treu und Feat' [Loyal and Sure], is the motto of the 11th (Prince Albert's Own) Hussars.
