Légende
A cylindrical perfume bottle (a) made from clear glass covered with an openwork scrolled design in gold metal. The bottle has an attached push-activated spray nozzle. A manufacturer's label on the bottom of the bottle reads: "Spray Parfum / Feminique / Renard Dist. Paris-Chicago Net wt. 2 oz". The plastic lid (b) is painted gold with ridged exterior sides. Mae Reeves (1912-2016) was a pioneering African-American milliner who was famous for her custom-made hats.
