Three nurses smoking and reading the newspaper in the sitting room at the Sisters' Home at Walsgrave Hospital, Coventry. The Sisters' Home was a three storey building that housed senior nurses in ten one-bedroom flats and 28 bed-sits. It had a communal sitting room, TV room, kitchens and utility room. This photograph appears in the September 1966 issue of Team Spirit, the Laing company newsletter.
