The Procession passing the Hospital, Warwick May Fair Show, 1850. Pageant held in the town of Warwick. 'The view of this brilliant cortege passing along some of the arched and festooned streets presented a spectacle of great spirit and beauty, and very suggestive of the courtly pageantry of the olden time. The Warwickshire Yeomanry Cavalry being out on a week's duty at the time, added much to the enlivenment of the occasion'. From "Illustrated London News", 1850.
