'About half-past ten the Welsh harpers struck up the air "Morfa Rhuddlan," as the President's procession entered the arena...Mr. Ellis Roberts, harper to the Prince of Wales, was the winner...of prize 33, for the best arrangement and execution of "Pen Rhaw," proposed by the Dowager Lady Erskine.'
