Byron Recreation Ground, Harrow Skatepark, Harrow, Greater London Authority, 2012. Skateboarders in the 'Moguls' at Harrow Skatepark in Byron Recreation Ground, Harrow. Harrow Skatepark was opened in July 1978 and was originally named 'Solid Surf'. It was one of several skateparks designed by Adrian Rolt and G-Force, and was constructed using a concrete mix called 'shotcrete'. The 'Moguls', a series of four interconnect bowls, is one of several original features at the park.
