Bill of sale of slaves to settle estate debt. Top of letter says 'Coleman Fund(?)', 1845-01-15. Calculations referring to 'Mr Kyles & interests' and Wm. P. Kyle. 'Recd. of Th. S. B[illegible] one of the commts. appointed to sell the negroes, belonging to the estate of Saml Coleman dec[ease]d two hundred and fifty six dollars and three cents being the balance in full of three sevenths of the fund, decreed to be paid, two to the [illegible] of D. Kyle decd. and one to the [adm.?] of Sally Pendlelove decd. [signatures]'.
