Countess De La Greze, 1918. From 1920: 'Countess Jean de la Greze, daughter of Charles Steele, member of the firm of J.P. Morgan & Co...is reported to have won a divorce from her husband in the French courts'. Eleanor Herndon Steele divorced three of her husbands. She married Count Jean de la Greze in 1910, Dr. Louis Debonnesset in 1920, and H. Hall Clovis in 1930. She married Emmet P. Reese, her fourth and final husband, in 1941.
