'In this picture...we see a very peaceful scene of convent life, the quiet nuns enjoying the leisure of a sacred holiday in their secluded garden. They gather cowslips from amidst the sweet earthly verdure of the lawn, and hold sweet counsel together, no doubt, upon the privileges of the heavenly life.
