Views in China: the Little Orphan Rock, on the River Yang-Tze-Kiang, 1864. Engraving from a sketch by Mr. F. L. Bedwell, of '...a view of the Little Orphan Rock - a most remarkable islet, situated in the River Yang-Tze-Kiang. It is about 400 ft. high, and inaccessible, except by one flight of steps. A few Buddhist monks live here, in a temple erected on a ledge near the summit'. From "Illustrated London News", 1864.
