The Abyssinian Expedition: a sketch in the town of Adigerat, 1868. Engraving of a sketch by 'Count Seckendorff, a distinguished officer of the Guards in the Prussian Army, who accompanies the headquarters of this expedition...[showing] a portion of the town or village. The walled-in building on the hill is the church; the view shows also a few of the mud and stone huts which compose the village. This place, Adigerat, is about 120 miles from the seacoast at Zulla'.
