Mosaic Bowl, end of 1st century B.C.-1st century A.D. Additional Info: Mosaic cast glass bowl composed by slumping a series of sectional canes of dark blue (cobalt) combined with two other cane types (one of a yellow center ringed by red and black with a white dot in the center, and another type with a white dot in the center of the red and ringed by black with white dots) to create a decorative flower motif. The foot was made by heating a length of the flower chain and pulling it into a circle around the underside of the bowl.
