Additional Info: This book of hours contains an extremely rare example of an illustrated Litany of the Saints, which displays in visual terms the heavenly hierarchy of all holy men and women. It begins with patriarchs and prophets, continues with postbiblical types of saints such as confessors, monks, hermits, women, and virgin saints, and finishes with "All Saints."
