Built by a farmer in 1931 to sell duck eggs the Duck has long been a friendly fixture in Long Island 20 feet tall 30 feet long and weighing a whopping 10 tons it s also been a Big Duck Legend has it that the farmer and his wife were inspired to build it after eating in a teapot shaped restaurant in California
