Pete Doherty appeared in court today accused of possessing cocaine, 2nd February 2011.
The Babyshambles frontman was arrested after police investigated the death caused by a suspected overdose of heiress Robin Whitehead, 27, in January last year.
She had been making a film about Doherty and his former band, The Libertines. Doherty, 31, of Marlborough, Wiltshire, denied the charge. Also before Thames magistrates were Alan Wass and Peter Wolfe. Wass, 29, of Bramley Road, north Kensington, denies cocaine possession. Wolfe, 42, of Boughton Monchelsea, Maidstone, denies two counts of possession of cocaine and one of supplying cocaine to Miss Whitehead.
All three were bailed. The case was committed to Snaresbrook crown court on March 29.
