The HRH Prince of Wales was ìfascinatedî to visit a Walton school and see how they have embraced his sustainable philosophies.
Prince Charles spent almost an hour and a half at Ashley Primary School in Ashley Road on Wednesday (February 10) and officially opened the newly-built community building, the Harmony Centre for Learning.
The school has been inspired by the Prince’s 2010 book Harmony which speaks about the philosophy of sustainability and the way nature is all interconnected.
After meeting dignitaries outside, Prince Charles was led inside the school hall by headteacher Richard Dunne, where small groups of children and teachers were ready to show him what they have been learning.
