Thomson's Falls, Kenya. View of Thomson's Falls, a waterfall on the Ewaso Nyiro River, approximately 72 metres high. The falls were named after British explorer Joseph Thomson (1858-1895), who encountered them during an expedition to Lake Victoria with the Royal Geological Society in the 1880s.
