The sarcophagus of King Ahiram, Commissioned by Ahirams son Itthobaal, it depicts a funerary banquet scene showing the king seated on his throne receiving offerings. The text on lid has been dated to 1000 BC and is the oldest surving text in the Phoenician alphabet. Lebanon. Phonician. c 1000 BC.
