The court of Neptunus Rex, Ruler of the Raging Main, convenes on the deck of a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier as it approches the equator. The court will go into action to convert the "pollywogs" (men who have never crossed the equator) into "shellbacks" once they have completed the rituals.
