Shanghai, China: February 14, 1932.
Some of the Japanese troops of the Kanazawa Division that has arrived in Shanghai under the command of Lieut.-General Uyeda. He has issued a warning that the Chinese must withdraw from the vicinity of Shanghai, or else the Japanese authorities would be forced to take extreme measures, including the destroying of all Chinese in the neighborhood of Shanghai.
