Indians Making Adobe Bricks
Légende
California: c. 1930
The padres taught the Indians to make the adobe bricks used in the building of the missions. When the mold was full the mud was patted smooth and level with the top edges of the mold. Any extra mud was placed on the ground where the next brick was to be formed.
