Indians Making Adobe Bricks
Légende
California: c. 1930
The padres taught the Native Americans to make the adobe bricks used in the building of the missions. As the Indians turned the bricks they broke off the rough bottom edges to smooth them. The bricks were left on edge to finish drying for about one more week.
