Volendam Schiedam 1920. An early Dutch liquor label from Holland for Jenever. A type of liquor, juniper-flavored and strongly alcoholic, traditional liquor of the Netherlands, Belgium and Northern France (Nord département), from which gin evolved. A man dress in very traditional Dutch attire enjoys a drink in front of a windmill. Schiedam is a city and municipality in the province of South Holland in the Netherlands and is part of the Rotterdam metropolitan area. It is known for jenever (gin), its historical center with its canals, and the tallest old windmills in the world.
